Day 29- In this past month, what have you learned
- School is money and money is time. Even if you suffer now, there will always be a way to succeed.
- Everyone is just as normal as everyone else, even if they play in a band, act on a televised show, and even the President Of The United States.
- It may be hard but sometimes you have to let go of the people that don’t really make an effort for you. You deserve better.
- I know I’ve watched a lot of different concerts and shows including Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, and even Usher. I’ve also watch TSS & The Cab quite a few times. However, ever since I attended the EFSS tour, it has been one of my favorite shows I’ve been to. Besides being surrounded by good people and being reunited with friends from all over, attending those shows made me remembered why I love their music to begin with. Sure, getting to meet them personally was a bonus but hearing it live was just great. Yes, I probably sound like a fan girl but oh well.
- Going on a Low Carb diet is kind of hard than I thought. I’m surviving but I miss my noodles and potatoes.
- Every time I hear a song, I always bob my head or quietly move side to side. I wish I didn’t stop taking dance. I wish I had the time for it now :/
- Guys can either be the sweetest gentlemen you’ve ever met or the worst douche ever. I may have 3 older brothers and grew up with my guy cousins and mentors but boys can be the worst sometimes. Just like us, they can be complicated.

Day 28- A picture of you last year and now, how have you changed since then?
The photo to the left is from last year. I had long, straight hair and had a much lighter hair color.
The photo on the center was actually taken two weeks ago with my ombre hair and also the first show I attended this year. The one next to it is a current photo of myself (that I took right before posting this) with no makeup, my new hair, and yeah a magazine of Taylor Lautner.
Last year, I was trying to find myself and what I really wanted to do with my future and career. I started to lose touch with a few. Pretty much began to keep things to myself I also sorta lost focus with school until last fall.
Towards the end and recently, I started to gain focus and really began to be content with what I wanted to do with my life. During October, I also met some great people that I guess you can say “inspired” me. I know I only really get to see them at shows but we still occasionally talk about things thats interests us from shows, sports, music, and everyday things. Besides learning about myself more, I’ve also got to come across my role models, Bowen and Singer, reminding me that everyone is just as normal as everyone else.
For the most part, I think I’ve only changed my focus and mindset on the certain things I see now. The past year also has reminded me to be thankful for everyone you come across with in your life, regardless if you ever see them again or not.

Day 26- What you think about your friends
They’re great. My circle isn’t quite large as it was back in high school but I still keep in touch with certain people. They’re kind scattered from different cities but I don’t mind the distance. Ever since 8th grade and my good friend passing away, I learned to cherish every friendship as much as I can.

Day 24- A letter to your boyfriend/girlfriend/crush/love
Dear “Crush,”
If you really remember of my existence, I would like to say that you are some what of a charming man. I know there are girls that are all over you so sticking to the “crush” boundary is safe than actually trying to find my ways to get you. Plus, it would be better to keep my distance for the time being. Hopefully I’ll see you soon.

Day 22- How do you relieve stress and anger
I listen to a loud, hyped song. Preferably anything from Maroon 5’s first album, Fall Out Boy, Linkin Park, Paramore, One Republic, The Cab, and We Are The In Crowd.
Oh and I just stay quiet.

Day 21- A picture of something that makes you happy
I thought this challenge was very tricky since I do like a lot of different photos. Everyones probably seen these before but these two photos will always make me happy.
The one of the left is a photo of me and all my former tennis mates back in high school. I just came back from the Philippines and all the girls decided to make a “Tennis Beach Day.” Usually there’s always someone out of the loop but everyone of the tennis girls actually went that day. We were there all day and all night. I guess the best part was that all the girls actually talked to each other for once instead of staying within their own click. Even after that day, we always try to plan one of these days but it never works out. From this day, I always treasure it since it got my close to some of the members I that I wouldn’t imaging myself talking to today.
The photo in the right? Well.. You’ve probably seen my Tumblr & Twitter posts so I don’t need to say much. I have many photos of him but this photo in particular always makes me happy. Not only did I have a good time, besides crossing of a duty off my Bucket List, I also met some really great people which include Gissane & Monique. I really look up to him especially since his music helped me get over a lot of things that I dwelled on for a while. Plus, it was nice to get the “perfect” picture. Yeah, the photo in the right is pretty explainable.

Day 20- Someone you see yourself marrying/being with in the future
To tell you the truth, I haven’t actually dated or had a real interest in anyone since high school, which back 2009.
So just to work with the challenge, I just picked a celebrity as ”someone I can see myself marrying or being with in the future”
As many of you may know, I love Taylor Lautner and it’s not a secret that I do have an attraction to some Singer. Of course, even if I was rich, it probably wouldn’t happen in a million years :(
But if I had to picture someone, I would pick Darren Criss as someone I’d marry. I never met him but I think he would be a nice husband. I’ll definitely love to hear him sing and play piano all the time. Every time I watch him on Glee I get pretty giddy. Plus, it’s nice to know that he is not only well educated and talented, but he seems like a real nice guy that maybe might make me laugh? lol.
Yeah, I’m lame. Me marrying Darren will never happen but I guess I can dream sometimes.

Day 19- Nicknames you have; why do you have them
Well if you don’t know, my real name is Allyn. A lot of people call me different names but i do have 3 main nicknames that people usually call me by.
- When I was younger, besides being teased and being called “Bugs Bunny” or “rabbit teeth.” People also used to make fun of my name by calling “Allen.” “Alien” or “Eileen,” (which I probably why I really don’t like it when any one calls me any of those names..) By the time middle school hit, I got used to people always miss pronouncing my name all the time until I adapted the nickname “Leen” since my name is pronounced “Uh-leen.” Ever since then, I always introduced myself as “Leen” just because it’s more easier to say and even pronounce then my own name.
- Another name people like to call me is Bernardo. Even though I’m filipino, my dad’s family origin basically came from Spain. I only have one friend that calls me it now but when I was in middle school & high school, most of my teachers called me that name since they could never pronounce my real name to begin with. The school security even used to call me Bernardo since they thought it was a nice ring to it.
- The last current nickname that I’ve adapted is “Leenie.” It was given to me by my friend Mary. She’s basically sister I never had since in reality, I’m the youngest and the only girl out of 4 siblings. I got this name because Mary wanted to call me something different than people usually call me. It was a joke but now a few people have adapted and learned to use it and I even have a bracelet with that exact nickname on it.

Day 18- Plans/dreams/goals you have
Plans
- Get my AA at Cypress College for my major Communications
- Transfer to a Cal State or UC, depending on the funds, to get my Bachelor’s.
- Get my career going.
- Go back to school to get my masters and try to become the teacher I always wanted to be.
Dreams
- Experience the “tour life” by selling merch or help by become a PR even tour manager for any band.
- Create my own charity to help raise money.
- Become successful with my careers.
Goals
- Be the first one to graduate from any college from all my siblings.
