I’ve lived in Southern California all my life yet, I’ve never been to Venice Beach before.

Today,

I just found out that I might not get financial aid on time or even any for this school year since my Fafsa got mixed up..

In my situation, I’m actually qualified and finding out about this now just sucks. 

Things like this makes me consider on taking the offer of going to school in the Philippines. Sure, I know it’s not as pleasant like Cali.

Without my California Fee Waiver from my dad serving in the Navy, extra financial aid money, and starting a new job, I can barely even pay for community college..

It might be pocket change to some but tuition and materials are just getting too pricey.

Luckily I saved up my financial aid from last semester so at least I can still pay for my own things until Fall session ends. 

Hopefully I’ll work this out tomorrow when I go to financial aid. I guess you can say I am a prime example of what a broke struggling college student is..
